I was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the calls on my time, with holidays, family and friends visiting and work around the house - but my wonderful Flash has enabled me to spend a couple of days locked in my studio finishing up wips and firming up new projects, there is nothing like getting organised for the new year.

Thank you for the card - I didn't manage get any out this year on account of the Ireland thing - I can see you and your family had a lovely Christmas break - sounds like Flash is still a wonder-husband - I love how you make the teenage years sound like such and adventure, filled with light AND shade - Happy New Year - hope to see you this year some time.

Love the smock! Can just picture my sweet baby wearing it next winter... I imagine it would be fabulous in some Treliske merino... Am also seriously considering knitting your hoodie pattern for my 1/2 kiwi nephew....
