I've been having fun this week, inventing some little intarsia characters for my latest design, so simple but so cute.
Knitters often shy away from intarsia and they shouldn't, if you follow some simple rules intarsia is fun and your knitting goes fast because watching the picture take shape is exciting, and because I don't believe in reinventing the wheel I will point you in the direction of this most excellent tutorial from The Purl Bee
